1. Before use, check whether the components of the drilling rig are normal;
2. The high-speed steel drill bit and the workpiece must be clamped tightly, and the workpiece cannot be held by hand to avoid injury accidents and equipment damage accidents caused by the rotation of the drill bit;
3. Concentrate on operation. The swingarm and frame must be locked before work. When loading and unloading the drill bit, it is not allowed to hit with a hammer or other tools, and it is not allowed to use the spindle to hit the drill bit up and down. Special keys and wrenches should be used when loading and unloading, and the drill chuck should not be clamped with a tapered shank.
4. When drilling thin boards, you need to pad the boards. Thin plate drills need to be sharpened and a small feed rate should be used. When the drill bit wants to drill through the workpiece, the feed speed should be appropriately reduced and pressure should be applied lightly to avoid breaking the drill bit, damaging the equipment or causing an accident.
5. When the high-speed steel drill is running, it is forbidden to wipe the drill press and remove iron filings with cotton yarn and towel. After the work is over, the drilling rig must be wiped clean, cut off the power supply, and keep the parts stacked and the workplace clean;
6. When cutting the workpiece or around the drill, the high-speed steel drill should be lifted to cut it off, and the cutting should be removed with special tools after stopping drilling;
7. It must be within the working range of the drilling rig, and drilling rigs exceeding the rated diameter should not be used;
8. When changing the belt position and speed, the power must be cut off;
9. Any abnormal situation in the work should be stopped for processing;
10. Before operation, the operator must be familiar with the performance, purpose and precautions of the machine. It is strictly forbidden for beginners to operate the machine alone.
