Precautions for use:

Increase its vibration damping capacity. It is advisable for the cutting amount to exceed o.05MM below.
2. Higher cutting speed can reduce the cutting force, while low-speed cutting will increase the cutting force, thereby accelerating tool chipping failure. Therefore, the cutting speed should not be too low when machining with diamond tools.
3. Try not to make the diamond tool contact with the workpiece or other hard objects in a static state, so as not to damage the cutting edge of the tool, and do not stop the machine when the tool does not leave the workpiece during cutting. /4. The blade of diamond knives is easy to damage. When the blade is not working, use a rubber or plastic cap to protect the blade and place it in a separate knife box for storage. Before each use, wipe the blade part clean with alcohol before working.
5. The detection of diamond tools should adopt non-contact measurement methods such as optical instruments. When checking and installing, use optical instruments to detect the installation angle as much as possible.
