CNC Lathe Tool Metal Drilling Tool Pointed Drill Bit
90 Degrees Spot Drill Bits Drilling Tool Bits are used to start a traditionally drilled hole. By using the same angled spot drill bits to that of the regular drill bit to be used, an indentation on the exact location of the hole is made. This prevents the drill from walking and avoids unwanted damage in the workpiece. Spotting drill bits are used in metal works such as precision drilling on a CNC machine.
Feature:
1. Products in stock are uncoated, various coatings available according to your needs.
2. Spotting drills can perform both centering and chamfering. Precise both centering and chamfer are accomplished at one time to improve the processing efficiency.
3. Suitable for general steel, alloy steel, tempered steels, cast iron, and aluminium alloy, etc.
Notice:
1. Fixed-point drilling can only be used for fixed-pointing, dotting, and chamfering, and must not be used for drilling
2. Be sure to test the yaw of the tool before use, please select correction when it exceeds 0.01mm
3. Fixed-point drilling is formed by one-time processing of fixed-point + chamfering. If you want to process a 5mm hole, you generally choose a 6mm fixed-point drill, so that subsequent drilling will not be deflected, and a 0.5mm chamfer can be obtained.
